Score streaks reset on death?
thats new...and also nullifies the entire reason why people used score streaks to begin with...seriously, why do they feel the need to 'fix' everything that worked and wasnt broken?

What are you talking about? Killstreaks? if so it has always been that way.

They all do.. which is a bit lame for only one reasons: those highly unbalanced games were one team annihilate the other, only scorestreaks could give a little chance to the team being decimated... but the score/kill streaks are only good if you don't die.. therefore, only the best team have access to them and can keep annihilating even harder.. it's a non sense... I remember in Battlefield 1 were they actually gave some help to the team being crushed to even a bit the battle... Sounds like CoD has many many things to lean (or they could simply learn to code a good matchmaking in the first place and then we would not need to care about this).

classic mw moment, but there's a feature where you can change your killstreaks to scorestreaks so you're not forced to just not die to get a streak now, neat feature imo

If you really want an FPS game with scorestreak system that works perfectly and no try hard, try world war 3. Cod gameplay is just all about try hard and run&gun skills with minimum teamwork.

It's free to play now, it's a pretty good game and have enough contents to keep it fun for the time you wait for warzone 2.0.

no. youre thinking about kill streaks. score streaks have always (til now) been another way to access call ins without losing progress on death. the drawback to it however was that it would take more score points to call them in vs kill streaks. for example if you get a UAV in 3 kills with kill streaks, with a score streak it would take you say, 500 score. which would be roughly 5 kills or 4 kills with a capture point or however you want to break it down.

they have changed it now though to where it still costs more 'score' to earn the call ins when you switch to score streaks than it does kills, but it now resets on death which means there is zero point to really using it, youre better off just using kill streaks now.

im amazed at how many people in here do not know what the score streak system is/has been...wow
