No double xp token button

Hello,
I have a problem with Modern Warfare 2,
I don't have a button for double XP Tokens.
Since the launch of the game until now, I have never had this button.
How can I solve this problem?

im having the same issue, i only used 3 out of the 20 tokens but for some reason my box is gone to, and i really want to use it for some of these harder weapons

I have the same issue. I have 22 tokens but no icon in the lobby to use them. It was there when I first started playing the game like a week ago, but now it's gone
