Promo items not working?!

I bought the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Jack Link beef jerky flavor and a soda I don't drink just to get the skins and bonuses. After typing them both into the website and having it say I got the skin and XP, I loaded the game up to nothing. No skins, no XP tokens, no calling card. Is anyone else having this issue or did I just blow 24 bucks to be the unlucky one?

Yeah the bs is broken, I personally can't find the codes other than the jerky because someone keeps peeling them all off. But they refuse to address the issue

welcome to the club, many people have that issue. i myself have redeemed 2 bk codes and all 4 jack links codes and no rewards are in game. ive made a ticket on activision so ill let you know what they say. Also get ready for tons of people to say "you need to press R to customize" or "you just need to go over the right operator"

I got it first try and promised friends the other codes, now I'm waiting until later because there's no way in hell I'm forcing myself to eat that vile ass jerky

same, ive been trying to fix this for around 4 days now. activision takes a LONG time to respond

Yep same boat as you guys. havent heard back from support in 4 days so I went ahead and requested assistance from activision through BBB .com

If I hear anything ill reply again, but I doubt this will get resolved

Contacted activision, im not finished with them but it seems after giving them the info they want, they will just manually unlock the rewards for me. Will update when they do something.

Still waiting on my Little Caesars and one Mountain Dew code. I submitted a support ticket on Tuesday but I'm still waiting on a response to that too.
