Does Activision Support even work

Ive submitted 3 tickets across the last week about the problem of steam users not being able to receive ANY promotional items even tho it will eat the codes (MTNDEW Jack Links etc)

Each time I submit a ticket I don't get any sort of email confirmation or case number on my account, feel like im totally wasting my time.

Has anyone had a different experience with activision support? seems like im shouting into the abyss over here

They have one of the worst support you can find. You will have better luck filing a complaint on BBB.org as they usually have activision reps respond to them. Takes a couple days for a response tho but better than nothing.
