change shader settings to high, see if that changes things. noticed a few people had this problem
Try under graphics quality a think called render resolution to 100% from 50%.
I've got Call of Duty: Vanguard on both Steam and Battle.net. On the Steam version, the gun textures look off, even though I'm running the game at max settings on both versions. The Battle.net version looks fine, though.
I was curious about which texture resolution the Steam version was bugged at, so I experimented with the texture resolution on the Battle.net version and I discovered that the Steam version's max texture resolution is somehow the game's low textures. When I set the Battle.net version's texture resolution to low, it looked the same as the Steam version's "High" resolution that looks awful.
So, I guess this is some kind of bug. I tried everything I could to fix it, but I couldn't figure it out what caused the problem. I think the Steam version is simply corrupted.
