Hardware Banned for Camo Swap Glitch that came from Warzone

I can't connect to online services for the MWII campaign due to, from what I believe, a cross-ban originating on Warzone and being applied onto MWII. I appealed the ban and explained that I conducted a camo swap glitch, which isn't manipulation of game data nor use of unauthorized software as described in the Enforcement Policy, but is instead classified as a glitch. Despite my explanation, it seems my argument was disregarded by the team and I was given a ban though I have explained my situation thoroughly and have also stated that I have video evidence of myself doing the glitch if submitting it would help. It's crazy that this happened since many others have done the same glitch and are doing it as we speak but without such an overextended punishment. Be cautious in buying this game since camo swappers are the same level to aimbotters
