Anyone have a save file for after the mission ALONE? I had to reinstall windows and I noticed no cloud saves and I really dont want to play the entire campaign again on veteran.

Same problem here! I finished "Prison Break" mission and formatted my computer, now I need to play everything again... CAN SOMEONE HELP US DROPPING A SAVE FILE?

No one can give you a save file. Manipulating game files, including saves can result in a ban.

I also completed campaign and went to reinstall the game and lost all of my save progress but I have made a backup of my save file but I am not sure if I am placing it under right folder? I C:\Users\usename\Documents\Call of Duty\players\cod22\big number and under that folder there is savegame.svg file but when I add my 100% finished save file there and enter the game game shows only 1st mission like I am starting new campaign. Do you maybe know how to sort this out? Thank you in advance!

People wouldn't be asking for save files in the first place if the game didn't randomly decide to delete theirs

Well maybe it should have a basic Cloud Saving function like every other Steam Game, then I wouldn't be here asking for a save file, big difference between that and asking for a completed campaign. Dark Souls 3 doesn't allow Cloud Saves but I can back up my game files in case stuff like this happen.
