Graphics Settings Bug
I've played about 80% of the game so far, thinking that the graphics were terrible. I've been playing with everything on the highest settings with a 3080Ti in a brand new $6000 PC. I just now started to get the feeling that something's not right so I decided to do some testing.

I set my graphics to low, some things changed, some things did not. Then I set it back to high, and suddenly everything looked great, but then once I start walking around I noticed that some textures, effects, models, etc. that were out of view when I changed the settings look like they're on low settings, mixed in with high setting assets. For example, a brick wall with high detail and sharp textures, but the damaged edge is low poly and low res. A persons face with high detail, but all of their clothing and gear are low detail. A car with high detailed door, but the bumper is low detail. It's the same thing with smoke, fire, particles, etc. It's a mix of low and high setting assets, no matter what I do. If I set everything to low and back to high, it will fix some things, but then other things will break, like now the brick wall is low res, but the damaged edge is highly detailed.

Mess around in the NVIDIA Control panel see if that does anything?

I'm gonna assume you have it on an SSD?

Yes, the system runs on an M.2 and I have a 4tb SSD specifically for games.

This is the only game I've had any issues on since getting this PC a few weeks ago.
