But it's really funny to get banned wrongly and then the idiot insists you're a cheat

All because they can't stop real cheaters
And all in a few days we will see a large group of cheaters playing in the game freely

In the end I think it's stupid of me to buy a Steam version
Like every year on the PlayStation, even if the quality of the game is poor, there is security and better than playing with stupid protection and cheaters.

My advice to everyone, don't buy the game here, you are at risk of losing and playing with real cheaters
Buy the game on the console is much better

I use both and it's fine. People saying you can get banned for Afterburner are just lying.

i am worrying about this because a bug in mw2019 is unlocking battle pass skins and stuff like that and operators that i do not own the game for the operators mainly vanguard but why am i saying this because something is wrong with mw2019 and i feel it will carry over and i'll get banned

so theoretically the bug is data manipulation it is passive it says it's not in your inventory
and you can't see it so if someone accidentally encounters this they could get a ban when they play MW2 2022

I have never cheated in cod my.kd is 1.01 and was playing spec ops last night with a friend and got disconnected and got banned there.are so many people getting banned for no reason

2 ways to get your money back throught Paypal. Both probably working in Steam too. Even if you have hours on end. All ways not intended but still valid reasons to refund. Sadly the only way for us because they do not acknowlege the situation.
First way: cashback throught paypal, reason Product is not as advertised, use the proof that they provide themselfs, https://trello.com/b/mCqzSc7D/modern-warfare-ii-infinity-ward its their Trelloboard, it shows many missing features that where promoted on launchday! Thats the second proof the promoted features that where missing are also proofed or backed up by all of the media coveage it got.
Second way: cashback throught paypal, reason Product is not working or not working as intended. Here you can use the thousends of bug reports, screenshots and the Steam Discussion Posts, 1000+ counting gamebreaking bugs that make the game unplayable. Some of them got Offical responses that give you more leeway.
Last method, BBB for Americans or Customer protection services in your country, many of them ask the company directly for an answer. You can use the Reasons above. One point that could give you more leeway with steams cashback is the false advertisement, its easy to proof even trought their own Trello or advertisement campaign.
But there is another reason, that is important for Steamusers, the Steamguidlines that which state a game has to be properly flagged when sold throught steam! As the game was promoted with way more features, you as the consumer got lied to and are therefore eligible for a refund.
This is double true because they should have flagged the game as Early Access, there are guidlines and rules in place that state what a Fullversion is! And as of now MW2 falls under Early Access or demo.
Thats not mockery of the game, in it state it isn´t a fullversion and it defenetly wasn´t at launch, as everyone can proof trought media articles about it, their own promotion material, their trelloboard and the steam Disscusion posts.
I hope you all get you money back, sadly this post will help real cheater too. I considered to be silent but i was in your place and i know how it feels, it would have been nice if all of this wasn´t nessecery.

Last week I installed the game and buy the pass. (cuz of the skins). I played some days ONLY with Steam on the background. Today I am banned for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. Amazing company and system.
