you have all settings to make an image blurried ou enabled starting from the motion blur and ending with the noise

I was wondering the same on how sometimes the gun will get a bit blurry for some reason even if it's standing still, what is OU? I'm going to disable motion blur on the weapon to see if it fix that issue

Get rid of film grain, depth of field and motion blur

don't listen to idiots with their useless advises about depth of field and motion blur, texture streaming in game is bugged, everyone got blurry textures, you can fix it by restarting the game every 10 minutes or so but no one would do that, waiting on a fix from activision poopzard

put render resolution in the graphics settings to your monitors resolution e.g. 100 for 1920x1080 etc.
turn of depth of field and motion blur on everything aswell and just tweak the graphics setting until you see a change

When I first booted up campaign I had some blurry textures as well, after screwing around with the settings enough I found the culprit be be the Depth of Field setting under Graphics and at the bottom of the Quality tab, after I turned off Depth of Field the blurry textures I was seeing were gone. However unless you have a good understanding of all the graphics settings available to change, I would recommend you start by going to the top of the Quality tab and for the quality preset selecting "Reset to Recommended" since the game scans your hardware to give you a tailored recommended preset, after you do this then go turn off Depth of Field since doing so will change your quality preset from recommended to custom. Lastly if you do not have good internet with around 70Mbps or greater download speeds, then you would benefit from turning off High Res asset steaming as well (which I think is also on the Quality tab) as High Res asset steaming over a slower connection could also cause blurry textures. The game runs great for me with zero issues so far, I am also loving the campaign.
