Realism difficulty locked

This is really annoying for me

I played MW 2019 on realism, first cod single player game I enjoyed. I did Cold War on realism as well, all first play through.

This low key makes me /not/ want to play the campaign and get my money back (Bought on bnet tho). Feels bad playing on a lower difficulty setting that doesn't even give me anywhere near the experience realism does.
