IW has managed to make aim assist so strong that it is practically a legal aimbot. Watch the video starting at 08:25. Can someone explain to me what IW was thinking? This needs to be changed asap. People complain that there are so many hackers on PC, but the biggest hackers are the console players and the people who play with controllers, plus the huge amount of people who use illegal hacks like wallhacks. I have experienced about 50 hackers since release and have all the killcams on video. I don't think they will ever be banned. Why the hell is the developer deliberately implementing an "Aimbot" into the game?

Easy solution would be to give us the fkin option to disable crossplay. They can keep their aim-assist but it's bs that we're forced to play with it. I don't want be in a server with 6-7 out of 8 are aim-assist. It's so pathetic that I started backing out of matches if at least half the server isn't PC. With future titles I'm gonna have to skip pre-order and wait till after release to see if that crossplay function is in the game or not, cause to be sick of a CoD game only 3 day after release is beyond pathetic.

i'm actually master 1 on kovaak's and have many top 1 2% in many playlist ... and i practice COD a lot ... and finally, i'm just a banal player in this game lol ... you just have to look at many streamers whose are playing controller ... they are litterally use 2 buttons whithout the help of the joysticks ... With short TTK, direct aim to the head and little tracking, i agree, IW has developped a legit aimbot for controiler's player ... but it's not a reason for cheating on PC

We're on PC for a reason, I myself don't want to use controller, aim assist period should be removed in PvP games regardless, if aim assist is implemented it shouldn't be snap to target anyways.

Agree 100% and I hate how companies force us PC users to play against auto aim consoles.
I to play on a PC for a reason which is to use a mouse and keyboard so refuse to use a controller for a PC game.

Let cross play be xbox/PS4/5 and leave PC players in peace to fight against auto aim scripters.

I seriously don't get this. Like, it's a brand new game - are there really not enough console and PC players that we can't have our own restricted lobbies? Why am I being pitted against players who are operating under a completely different ruleset?

It's like... if your aim is SO bad that you need software to help you ... then maybe play board games. I don't get how a company can think that it's ok to legit supply this kind of feature to console game and even worse that think it's alright to then pit them in with non aim-assist players. Be like "Console players... here's your aimbot, have fun! and then PC players... you're poopoo out of luck! Git Gud!".

I just took a quick capture of an earlier game. This is a very common experience:

The above video was slowed down by 80%, so all of this happened within a matter of seconds.

Even in the slight chance the game put a marker over my head, through a wall, for the sniper, this is still not a shot any mouse & keyboard user would ever take.

Add in drop shooting, dolphin diving and sliding and this game has really gone to the dogs compared to CoD4.

Hmm.. I must be reporting console players for cheating then, lol, because that sure as hell looks like cheating to me.
