weapon camo textures very bad

how do i fix this? ive tried turning texture filter and texture res to high and neither of them seem to make my weapon camos look better and with better details? they were fine when i first launched the game but after a few days i turned all my graphics to low and now i cant find the setting that makes the camos look better?
