Report a translation problem
-look at the crash log in /user/{you}/appdata/local/activision/call of duty/crash_reports/{most recent ZIP}/dx_diag_oncrash.txt. scroll to the bottom and find any events talking about a crash. uninstall any programs or services mentioned in the crash log
- roll back driver to previous version (for me, nvidia 522.25)
- reset texture cache
- enable running as administrator for cod.exe (may need to also run the crash_handler.exe and steam itself as admin, i've had issues with the game refusing to launch)
- run game with additional arguments -d3d11
Not good.
