Anyway to launch into Single Player (Campaign) without a restart!?

Launch the game to play Campaign. Choose 'Campaign', am told I have to restart game to play the Single Player. Game relaunches, to Single Player Campaign.

I don't play multiplayer, bought this game just for the Campaign.
How do I avoid having to launch, and restart, every time, just to actually launch the Single Player mode?

I know lot's of people buy this for Multiplayer, but there are some of us who remember when COD was just Single Player (and better for it). The campaign so far is really amazing (albeit with several progression breaking bugs...) in its cinematic presentation and storytelling. But I hate having to have multiplayer be the primary launch mode. There has to be a way to edit this.

Why would you want an 8 hour campaign as the primary launch mode.

Multiplayer is endless, campaign is only 8 hours.

I keep crashing in the harbor at the start - can't progress past that part.

Do not understand why it has to be like that in the first place. At the very least it could be like the old MW2 and have two different game shortcuts to open each one.

Wetwork mission? I did as well and turning graphics to recommended I was able to get past it, but then crashed on the next mission...

Why should he want the endless MP as default when he don't play MP?

This is primarily about the fact one need to launch MP for the game to restart into single player, time wasted. I play MP 95% of the time, but even I find this annoying.

Classic forum answers here. Personally, I'm looking to do the same. I'll look into it and post back here if I find an answer. I'd imagine there is a launch rule that can be added for this.

You could try unchecking MP in the DLC section of game properties (if you don't play MP) but I have a feeling it'll still do the same thing.

If my SteamDB-fu is right, it would appear you cannot uninstall the MP, you can only uninstall the single player. https://steamdb.info/app/1938090/depots/

Has to do with warzone for sure, maybe they'll fix it after the pre load.

I have tried selecting only the Campaign in the DLC list (Weird way they have done that), but the game still opens the same way, and has to restart when accessing the campaign.

Choose mission instead of continue. then end a game alway by ending a mission and start next. Next time this happen, you chose mission select..

exactly my problem to. A year later, and nothing has changed.. i don't want the multiplayer. Don't want the freaking updates. Just want to play campaign... impssible bcos of all the multiplayer updates.
