Game micro stuttering often

I'm getting micro stuttering all the time in the multiplayer, does anybody else have this issue or is it just me. I have very good hardware before anybody ask so its not the problem.

yes and lots of screen flickering but this only occurs in MW2

PC is horribly optimized. My buddies that have it on Series X have zero issues, and my buddies that have it on PS5 have very little.

Me and my PC friends all have issues playing of some kind. The biggest being stutters/fps and textures with some crashes.

same here, highend PC.. stuttering frequently...

i even have FPS drops on a RTX 4090.. yet again an awful pc port with awful gunplay created for people with aimassist and controllers... this game is so awful, waste of money...

Screen flickering could be due to new nvidia drivers, I had flickering as well so I rolled back and it stopped.

Game flickering is related to
GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER
Version: 526.47

Roll back to v522.25 or remove / uninstall
And Install
Version: 522.25

This will fix the white flicker that shows up now and again.

I recommend using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)

This will help to make sure any settings from the graphics driver is removed,making for a 100% new clean install.

(If you have already run the 522.25 drivers the installler is still likely in your downloads folder no need to fetch them again :D )

I do not know if this happens at all for AMD and have no idea about anyfix's thou I would try the same = roll back or uninstall / install a older one

Haven't had any flickering on my AMD rig, but I'm sure poor bloke has.

Nvidia confirms its latest driver is causing problems in Modern Warfare 2

Nvidia is working on a hotfix, but for now you'll want to avoid the 526.47 driver.

I often get Micro Stuttering as well. NVidia needs to fix. Unless you got a better idea for solving the issue....

so i am not only one with problems, this game looks better on ps4 pro than on my rtx2070 :/

Have you tried a different GPU driver ???
make sure to use DDU to remove the current one

It’s a game to game thing for me (3080 ti, 5800x3d) some games run incredibly smooth and some games stutter for no apparent reason. It could be a map to map thing or it could be a server thing honestly. I’ve seen some people on here say some maps are unplayable for them so I’m leaning toward that.

I updated the driver but had to roll back as it was causing issues which Nvidia have come out and said not to install it as they are aware of it causing problems.

Driver 522.25, extreme settings, locked at 144fps...
