Consistent Crashing

I'm having consistent crashes. While loading game, in menus, and in game. I always get the same error code:
0xC0000006 (0) N

I have tried just about everything. Have newest windows 10 update, latest drivers. Everything in my settings is set to the lowest possible setting. When the game crashes, my CPU utilization is between 60-85%.

Anyone else having this issue? Has anyone solved it?

Below are my specs. From what I know they should be enough for the minimum.
Laptop Specs:
CPU: i7-7700HQ
GPU: GTX 1070 with Max-Q Design
Driver Version: 526.47
RAM: 32Gb

me to but with at the it was same code than it changed to different one now I see the second one every time I try to lunch game. I can't play on my pc for 2 day I am able to play it from my console I hope that one doesn't start the do same thing.

Do you have any overclocks on any hardware? Maybe update your motherboard bios.
