why steam COD not opening

i pre ordered COD like 2 months ago and now its the launch day and does not open . did i miss sum or is it just me or ?

I try for an hour already still no launch
i hit the play button then wait but then nothing happen and they play button green again

i had the issue yesterday but it worked after i had a couple of pending windows updates especially the .net framework update

same here completed the campaign was working flawlessly and now game been released game wont launch i click play it try's to start but then turns green and says play again tried everything my specs easily pass recommended specs night and day validated files tried re installing still no joy tried disabling antivirus still no joy even tried running in administrator mode guess what nope again had same with fifa 23 but got that working no problem can't get modern warfare 2 working at all

I managed to get through once, after restarting my PC from driver update. Now it's back to this crash

the thing is, it felt like the app is killed for no reason. Kind of like end process in task manager. Idk what causing it.
the game is already running as admin

The bootstrappper gives me this lines if i try to start the game:

same here buddy acts like it gonna launch but when watching task manager it comes up cod HQ then disappears off task manager and have to keep trying but no joy like you say acts like it ends process or something grrrrrr lol
