Grainy and white dots all over screen
The screen is so damn grainy and white dots plague the screen any ways of fixing this?

Can you post a screenshot?

Try turning film grain off. Make sure that you haven't raised it to the max.

turn off "film grain" in settings.

You can take a screenshot with the Steam overlay active using a shortcut and then upload it to Steam as a Steam screenshot. Alternatively you can upload a screenshot to Steam as artwork. Post the link for it and we'll all be able to see it.

Sounds like you are using the latest Nvidia drivers? Similar issues has been reported with using them and Nvidia came out and told people to roll back drivers.
