Why? That doesn't work on PC since we have a global release, unlike consoles rolling release.

I honestly just feel bad for you considering how passionate you are about this situation. It's just a video game. It's a casual shooter. Just cause, let's see this terms and conditions in which it mentions this. Seems like you care so much you actually will.
