Another False Ban With Proof

I am so frustrated with how this has been handled. Last night I bought the game, played up to the "Alone" story mission, went to bed. Today I logged on to get some more progress done between errands and irl things and I'm met with a perma ban CASERMA-RHINO.

I have NOTHING on my PC that would allow me to use cheats of any kind, or any 3rd party software flagged as cheats.

Last night the game crashed 3 times with error reports (forgot to take photos bc i didn't anticipate a ban today), I had to verify game files through Steam 4 times to be missing between 18 and 33 files. (33 files after the preload update earlier).

I have a ticket in to refund the game, maybe it will work on Battle.net? I also have a ticket in with Activision to remove this false ban. Here are photos proving I'm not a liar or cheater.

I am at a loss for what I can even do now. I'm so bummed because I was genuinely so excited for this release and haven't played a CoD in a very long time.

Same for me. I have never cheated in any game ever. There are tons of people complaining about this false ban. Ignore the idiots that think all bans are legitimate

The amount of people so hostile and ignorant to believe nothing can ever go wrong on a company's side is baffling. I just got my refund. I suppose I'll make a new account and try again with Battle.net

What i don't really understand is how you cheaters don't even know what an hardware id ban is, like, even most normal players know about them and that there are easy ways to bypass them. I know that a lot of the cod playerbase are clueless children but most of those are on console so idk how you people don't know about these kind of things considering the amount of money you invest in cheating software.

Because your profile is private both steamrep and us cannot see the specifics around the ban, especially the most important part, the timing. So we cannot tell if you where one of the many people that cheated in the beta then got banned for it, and I highly doubt they wouldn't fix an issue of players getting banned for playing the campaign, unless you where using a trainer for whatever reason.

I have had ZERO inclination to cheat or hack, and like my post said I haven't played CoD for a very long time. As in the og mw3, and i refunded Cold War bc it was booty after an hour of play.

I didn't realize my profile is private, i'll see if i can't change that. I also never played during the beta. I bought the game last night, which was when I WAS able to play it.

EDIT: I didn't see where it shows as private. I also only use steam to buy and play games and don't generally mess with anything else because I don't care that much otherwise.

Given that the only other apps running in the background while I played the game last night, and attempted to today were Chrome, Discord, Steam, and Spotify; please tell me which of those is a cheat tool. Oh sorry I forgot I used Task Manager to exit the game once it froze and attempted to crash once. Yes pls tell me more about how I am now a cheater, when I've shown I'm not.

You're wasting your breath on these clowns, they don't actually care that you're innocent, they'll just keep on circle jerking you till they get bored and move on to the next post, did you reach out to ACTV to confirm your ban was false like we did? If not, follow the link and create a ticket.
