Can we do something please? Food and energy prices are getting ridiculous here in Europe, and now an AAA game is 70 euros instead of 60 and probably no third party store either. Man, I am fond of those times I could buy Modern Warfare 2019 for 53 euros at Gamesplanet.

It is not about not being able to "afford" a game, it is about timing. Right when the economies of this world feel the hit of 2 years of COVID crisis, right when there is war raging own because some ultrarich ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ want even more landmass, right then comes a multi-billion dollar company which was just recently bought by one of the richest companies in the world, to say: please pay 10 euros more from now on.

I wonder if we paid 10 bucks extra so that they could rent a part of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ industrial harbor in California, only to have a single woman standing there on a GIANT stage to say 3 lines only to then blend over into a video anyway. (yes, I am talking about the recent presentation at Summer Games Fest).

Ehh, no. Via the Battle.net launcher Modern Warfare, Cold War and Vanguard were sold for 60 bucks and not 70. In addition, MW19 and Cold War were sold at other official stores and
they sold the game for even a bit less than that.
