Can't redeem beta code

When trying to activate the key on steam I get this error:
"Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed."
I did select my country when applying to the beta. Does someone know what is the problem?

Aren't you meant to use beta codes on their launcher and not on steam?

If you bought your key off eBay or something like that it may be the steam code generated from it is not a global key but rather a regional key. Obviously in that case if you try to redeem a regional key outside where it was intended to be redeemed you will get that message.

I would contact your vendor to check.

They right, my ♥♥♥♥ was all glitched out. I had to reinstall Steam to see it for some reason.

You can preload on Steam fine, at least I could. Search your library for Modern Warfare II and you should see the beta, if you don't then try restarting Steam.

I bought the $100 version of the game, downloaded it and I see no beta option. I just now linked my Steam account on COD's website. How do you get a beta code. I have nothing in my Steam Library but the game that is greyed out. I see no seperate beta and nothing to pre-install.
