How do I start the construction of wonders?

I choose the path of "The Builder" seemed cool. I conquered a region where I should start the construction. Do be more precise the province is Pi-Ramses (Im not sure if they have different name between game versions). When I click the option to give me where the wonder should be built it send me to an advance outpost where I dont have nothing but it still dont let me built anything "special" there.

You will start the construction there within the monuments tab, it'll say Start Project and you will need around 3k stone to lay the initial foundation, and 6-9k food for the initial garrison.

I dont see anything on the Monuments tab that let me click it other than the location of the monuments. I have the 3k Stone and 10k of food.

Found the problem. I needed to have the post were the monument go and the go to the monument tab. Thank you,.
