How To Recruit: Sea People- Aegean Armoured Archers & Aegean Panopoly Spearmen?

I can't for the life of me work out how to recruit these units (Aegean Armoured Archers & Aegean Panopoly Spearmen)! I can see them in the units tab in custom battle creator under "Sea People", but I have played over 100 turns with Sherden in campaign and cannot recruit them, or see where/how to get them. The encyclopedia is no help - hopefully someone on here knows? Things I have tried that don't seem to have worked:

- Joined the "Aegean" court, held both military positions for elite unit recruitment and became Wanax, but still cannot recruit these "Aegean" elite units!
- Built the outpost that randomly recruits units to see if they appear there, because people said that Sea People units appear in them sometimes.
- Settled Aegean land and maxxed-out the province to see if they appear in native units or any other way.
- Also settled other islands around the map.
- Allied with all Sea People factions and confederated / vassalised some of them.

I want me some heavy units and it's really bugging me that I know they're in the game but I can't recruit them in my Sea People campaign! Has anyone managed to recruit these units as Sherden (or Peleset, or anyone else for that matter) and if so, how TF did you do it please? :)

You can build Warrior Muster Building cant remember the name of it proper.... its a military outpost you can build... you can get some that way... Random drop though so will will have see what you get and disband units you dont want
