My solution(s) to when and/or if multiple countries declare war on you
I posted this reply to another discussion:

There is NOTHING to fix, no shade, but get good and do better. Meaning I am currently playing as Rammeses and had the same thing happen to me. A few different faction(s) simultaneously declared war on me, and then two of them sent a stack in their failed attempt at conquering me (no "doom" stacks).

@Irish Toaster there is also an option to turn off "rebel armies" from spawning if that's also to much for you to deal with and manage, not an issue for me. That option is available when first starting a game, in fact it clearly states to do so before starting a brand new game.

I'm also gonna create a new discussion with my answer after posting this response, so hopefully other players and/or Sega will know that there isn't anything to fix. @Irish Toaster simply needs to get good and do better is all. I mention this given how OG Pharaoh was at launch.

In my opinion, Pharaoh Dynasties is supa awesome and so much fun to play. Thank you CA Sofia for the free update, much appreciated and grateful!

My solution:

1) Utilizing the diplomacy menu, choose other countries and negotiate so as they'll then agree to join the war. The "make it work" button is awesome, most times it only cost me 1 single bronze to have them agree, no need to add military access and/or a non aggression pact. Plus if the country you're negotiating with is at war with a country you're not, you can choose to join that war against the country they're at war with. No "cassius bellus" necessary. Joining that countries war also has the sweet benefit of increasing the number necessary to make it positive so that they'll agree in the end to your request(s). The overall diplomacy menu is fire.

Supa awesome how well organized the diplomacy menu actually is (different countries grouped together by a hide and show feature, when negotiating it shows you both a green (yes) and red (no) bubble per se, plus in that mini colored bubble it also shows you the exact number (positive or negative). I am sometimes able to actually tweak stuff so the number is as close to a green 0 as possible. Works as well when trading. One can either manually input a number (for bronze, stone, food, etc...), or simply click the up or down arrow to add or subtract more or less.

Point being is after having successfully done so, I now had 5+ other countries join me in the war. The other countries then invaded the countries I was at war with, and it was game over for them haha!

2) Click on one of your cities, then switch over to the "Outpost" menu. Then choose the "military," not trade, admin, or religion, but choose the military option. I think you have like three different military options (a fort option, one that includes a garrison, etc...)

Yup best to have built those outposts before being invaded, because unless you're playing with an "instant build" mod, it takes like a couple turns to build and complete. But that's simply vanilla TW (Shogun, Rome, Warhammer, etc...) in general, no instant build.

3) If you don't have a General (Army) near the invasion point, then click on the nearest city and create a brand new General (Army). One is able to choose from three different choices for your General (different stats and ages too).

Then create a new army. Medjay are supa awesome, but cost mad bronze etc..., plus have bronze etc... upkeep as well. So if short of resources, then either utilize the diplo menu to trade resources with another country to make it work, otherwise Native units mainly cost food. So Native shields and Medjay archers bring death upon the invaders in a pinch.

Same deal as buildings, unless one is utilizing an "instant recruit mod," it takes at least one turn or more contingent on how many units one is recruiting to have your army ready to go fight.

Best of luck.

Be well
