For the classes, live and like the system the game follows, and you'll be okay.
The students stay in the same room throughout their academic career - Class I to Class III for example. That is, the same physical classroom is labelled CLASS 1-A at the start of the academic career, and the label changes to CLASS 2-A and so on as the students graduate.
The way to use this method to your advantage is to create the first class at the beginning of the game and forget about moving the students in it till they graduate. Create as many new First Grade classrooms as you like depending on your admission in flow. After 3 years, you can recycle the classrooms instead of building new.
