I often seen that kind of bug when using user stairs.
But what I find does work more often... are emergency pillars. They're super cheap, just move the stairs and put a pillar or two under the feet of the stuck person to lead them to safety. Works every time.
And since I have people getting stuck so often, I just keep the emergency pillars to the side for the next time someone gets stuck.
I changed all straight ourdoor stairsto spiral indoor ones and no more people stuck.
Though I did have to change up the design.
