School Library
I'm having a hard time building the school library. No matter where I try to put it, it just says Construction Zone Outside of Building'. How are you guys placing them? I've tried putting it straight on the ground, inside other buildings, creating new buildings to put it inside... nothing works. Am I missing something here?

It means you need to place it in a two story building! So you have to build a two level building, and then place the library inside of it. Very confusing way of doing things in my opinion.
