NetEase UU?

While playing, I noticed a new student called NetEase UU. You can't rename her, and she won't wear the class uniform. I'm assuming this is some easter egg character hidden within the game? If so, I find that to be interesting because NetEase has no connection to this game's developer / publisher to my knowledge.

I'm rather curious why they named her after NetEase and why she can't be renamed or put in a uniform.
