Extra Tuition and Insufficient Beds in the Dormitory

I have been trying to add students into my dorm, but they keep getting this insufficient beds buff even though there are clearly 2 empty rooms. I know that they did not use it because the yesterday income was 0, is this a bug or do I have to assign them into the room?
Also, is the extra tuition buff I am having is because of the dorm fee? I set it at 50.

Not sure if the insufficient beds are a bug or something, but the extra tuition fees is definitely from the dorms. I placed only 15G and the complained a lot, especially because i made compulsory to use the dorm.

About insufficient bed, its a known issue and will be fixed

I was having issues with some students sleeping on the floor of their classroom instead of the dormitory even though I had enough beds. I checked and they had no money left at all so they couldn't pay for the dorm room.
At this stage of the game I had more than enough money with the stores and cafeteria so I decided to make the dorm free of charge to avoid lowering the mood as it is very important.

Yes it did for me, I made sure to have 2 or 3 extra beds at all time and set the price to 0 because there is always a dumb student who manages to spend all his money before it's time to use the dorms.
As soon as I did this I never had an issue again but then I've read that there is an actual bug that will prevent some students from using the available beds no matter what so I can't guarantee that this will work for you.
