Walls not going up to ceiling

I was walking around in headmaster POV mode and saw that the inner walls of all the rooms are not going up to the ceiling. Instead there is a one-block gap between the room walls and the ceilings. The outer wall does go up three blocks, but it still annoys me. What to do?
