Help me

I'm playing this game at winter season and i can't understand why my headmaster he overwhelmed stress and Management was limited, i can't build anything more. Anyone can explain this ?

Do you have any management offices? Every facility you build becomes a new thing to manage, and our poor headmasters can't handle everything by themselves or else they'll get stressed out. You have to build management offices and place staff with the highest "Management Proficiency" skill there. The "Management Proficiency" skill is the bowtie icon under "Teacher Proficiency". Then, you have to click on the "management" tab on the left side of the screen, just below scheduling and above research (it looks like a flow chart), and then drag and drop facilities evenly between the headmaster and each management office you build so that no one will get too stressed managing so many classes, rooms, and facilities. The second you do this, their stress will slowly start dropping~!

I hope this helped! I didn't quite understand the management system myself until I just started randomly clicking on things trying to fix it, so I'm not the best at explaining it yet

Maximize your Headmaster's Office level to 3. You'll have 160 management points.

Maybe, you need to train your HM to max management, I got 40. Also, you need to disperse the management using management office. Just drag the faculty icon in management tree, and here you go.

You could find more details in-game, just click " ? " icon beside " X " icon on left.
