Prior to the last patch we also were able to start a new sandbox mode game that had our school be on level 1 and we had to Progress to level up.
Now everytime I start a new game on the first map (Sakura Valley) my School is always on the highest level immediately. :(
infinite money yes/no
research done yes/no
map discovered yes/no
school max level yes/no
I for one would love the challenge to have to earn money and levels but not having to bother with research or exploring the map so I can plan everything from she start
This would be absolutely awesome and make the game much more replayable.
Another thing about sandbox, if I'm not in career more why do I have to wait for Ms Lin to give me the topics for the speech or have to wait for the bug net and so on ? everything should be unlocked from the sart.
I second this. I still want some challenge with the Sandbox mode! I think how it's set up now is more of a 'creative mode'.
Career mode I found confusing, I thought you'd build a school on a map, and once you'd met the goals you'd move 'up a stage in your career' onto a harder map/different goals. Maybe that's on the roadmap?
