How to remove automatic goalie change?

So you can change the weighted rules by going to: Team > lines > Goalie Starts .

Or before every game on the screen that shows the team roster if you press the "Special" button you can put what ever goalie u want in the #1 spot as starter.

The change of goalie takes place in the match itself. For example, if my goalie allowed 7 goals, then the game itself changes him

On the team Tactics screen, there's a setting for "Goalie Switch" that lets you adjust the frequency. It can't be removed completely, though; even on the Very Slow setting the goalie will be replaced if he's given up a very large number of goals.
