no aparece el menu solo animacion en el juego

el juego tiene varios días con el mismo error entra normal sale animación mas no muestra el menú para poder jugar, alguien sabe como poder jugar? o hasta cuando quedara reparada este error que al parecer no solo a mi me ha pasado

tengo un amigo que le andaba bien el juego y ahora le pasa esto mismo despues de la ultima actualizacion

i have the same probleme.
the whole game interface is invisible, only the background animation is visible, but I can still interact with the buttons which are invisible.
in game it's the same thing, I can see the game and the minimap, but not the control or resource interfaces.
I hadn't played for 2 weeks and I just launched it again after downloading the update
