''Could not start renderer'' - BUG

I am unable to open the game. Anyone else having this bug?

On startup, an error popup reads:
"There was an issue starting the rendered due to an error:

Missing Feature: Resource Binding Tier2

Please check your graphics driver is up to date and your machine meets the minimum requirements."

Up until this weekend, I could run the game just fine. And my graphics drivers are updated. I do not know why it broke or how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated
