you shouldnt need to solve problems to play a game you paid for. its insane. im horrible at this type of stuff to begin with
As stated on my previous comment, i've followed every step of the support article and submitted a ticket, with less than satisfying results. This is an issue with the game, not on my end. I shouldn't have to waste more of my time trying to fix a game that i paid for.
And a reminder back at ya that we dont work for these guys, file your own tickets while we advertise problems with the game in every possible channel there is to make sure all potential customers know about it. If you want that to stop, fix the game.
