Replays do not work

So far, my game works fine. But, I go to watch my replays to learn strategies from my loses, and they do not work. It either bounces me back the the menu when I click on Open; or it goes to a completely black screen, from which I can only get out of by Ctrl-Alt-Del to the Task Manager, and then end the program.

Bump. Still, I can't load any replays, mine or someone elses. Anybody else have this problem?

I have something similar. When i load a replay i get presented with a black screen but I can see some ui elements. Like if I press alt I see the health bars of animals. To exit i need to alt f4.

Identical here. I get the black screen, but if I click around on it, it sounds like sometimes I am clicking on game items. And half the time when I click on open it just immediately kicks me back to the menu. But loading all game types works fine for me.

Hey, try to load replays again after today's patch. Now, they do not load still, but, a message pops up saying "Playback stopped because it is out of sink with original game", whatever the heck that means.

any old replays won't work with new patch

Ok, just went in and deleted all my replays, then played a skirmish. When I was done, there were 3 replays in my list (???). Top and bottom replay would not work, middle one showed a replay of my game!

Old replays won't work, which is just stupid. A tiny Update can cause replayes of amazing matches to be worthless data waste. Please devs fix that ♥♥♥♥.
