Unable to turn of Text to Speach

I have a big Problem.
There is a Voice reading every text i click on.
Its not the Ingame Voice out of the accesibility settings since this one is turned of. And if i turn it on there are 2 Voices.
Its not the Windows Voice either.
Im loosing my mind over that voice. the game is really unplayable like this.
If Anyone has a fix or the same issue please tell me.

Go to Settings -> Accessibility. Turn off everything under "Narrator". That might help you.

So you are sure Windows text to speech and the one in AOM settings are off?

yeah i had that problem in the beginning but you have to turn off the narrator

Why in god's name this janky nonsense would be on by default is beyond me. Who the hell wants robot text to speech narrator on to get them completely taken out of the story ambience
