Build time also has been adjusted bc in the original, it was 1.800 seconds for 1 worker whereas here it's now 5.400 seconds.
Which is the same amount of time that a Wonder Victory would occur in the original.
It continues to just serve as a more fun way to prevent long, drawn-out matches when someone has a clear advantage.
You should follow your own advice and tell less uneducated nonsense. :P
It should also be noted that the wonder didn't used to be a factor in conquest setting at all. It was something you could very easily toggle out with one click.
In every other age game, completing the wonder instantly ends the game in victory for your team. Is that the method you prefer?
I like this one a lot better. If some guy wants to sit in the back, spending 5k of each resource and then devoting basically all of his workers to spending 10 minutes building this thing (which costs him far more resources that he isn't gathering) while his team basically fights outnumbered... That's a gamble.
It won't much matter if he gets wonder age and is now 4v1 or whatever. His titan will not save him.
