Like... when they ask to resign? Or when someone would normally get auto resigned after losing all of their units and buildings.

AI resigning early in AoE2, but not in AoM unless is defeated in practice, and AI offers You resignation

Just press no when they ask to resign.

Man, I've been playing against AI a lot and they don't.
If you're right, share a link with a screenshot to prove it.
It's like in AoE II DE. They don't ask and they resign automatically as in AoM Retold.

In AoE III DE, they do.

I just played my first game of AoM against an AI yesterday and he asked to resign. He said no, we played more and then he asked again and I finally said yes.

Oh well. I've been playing with a friend against the AI and they don't ask...
Don't know if it's different if you play single player...
At least in multiplayer they don't ask to resign.

No they don't ask to resign in multiplayer, no I'm not gonna start up a game SP skirmish RN just to give you a screenshot. Go play or your own skirmish match with the AI or spend some time in AOTG Solo

They Do, frequently, it's actually a pet peeve of mine, me versus 12 AI on legendary, once you start destroying the enemy brutally, eventually some will tap out and ask to resign, the kicker is that the game will pause until you respond yes or no.

One way to avoid asking the AI to resign is by literally destroying every last unit from the map. Try playing the game on legendary or hard with 6 v 6 teams all AI and you will see the enemy fumble and ask you to resign.

Brother if you got an option that disables it, let me know, because like I mentioned before it's annoying having that prompt, because the game won't advance until you interact with it.

if you play multiplayer they automatically resign. I think in AOE:EE multiplayer they never resigned you had to completely win. In single player you are prompted.
I really don't see the point of playing vs AI, they are plainly mediocre.

If you want to get better at the game play vs humans.

That kind of logic is for ranked players, anyone whose interested in fighting the AI is just playing the game for fun, not to become sweaty tryhards.
