Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 is enough to play this Age of Mythology Retold ?????

I have just bought this game one day ago and I am not able to launch the game at all.
-Missing Feature: Shader model too low (Shader_model_62)
-Please check your graphics driver is up to date and your machine meets the minimum requirements

The computer is not so old, and really do not get why it is not working.

you don't have a graphics card, you generally want one of those to play games

No modern game will run on Integrated Intel Graphics. This game definitely can't. I'd recommend buying an entry-level GPU such as a GT 1030 or maybe an RX 580. The game won't run fantastic on either, But they'd certainly run miles better then if you managed to get the game running on what you have now.

Pretty much dedicated graphics card required.

The minimum system specs are the strongest onboard solution there is, afaik, and that is absolutely bare minimum in a sense of barely running the game.
