Beserkers and hero of ragnaroks being female isn't DEI

Can people please stop complaining about this.
They literally only added female versions of this military unit due to female villagers converting into them.
Not only that but this game already has a bunch of female myth units.
A medusa is still a female.

Did you make this thread because of the "norse stupid" thread? Because objectively I think most people didn't think about it more than 10 seconds so I'm not sure this deserves its own thread. (also what does DEI mean?)

I love how people think women literally did nothing but stay at home giving birth and cooking, that's not how ancient cultures function or lived.

Women were active participants in society in many roles, including combat.

As stated previously I don't care if female villager upgrade yields a female berserk, that's fine. Old system of upgrading female vills into Ulfsark was also fine.
It's that my starting Berserk is pretty much always female, and so are 50% or more of my primary spammable unit, and when I hear "female dying audio" playing as Norse I think "is it a villager or did I just lose a Valkyrie?" and its rather irritating. Berserks produced or spawned in any other matter should be exclusively male. Longhouse, Town Center, etc.
This really didn't necessitate another thread considering I successfully bullied the old one into actual on-topic discussion.
