However, the good news here is that the orange forces didn’t send their full army over to my raiders at the guardian, only a few avengers/chariots - meaning I still managed to decimate the whole enemy eco by raiding with my army (all heroes, 4 eles, 4 priests, 6 chariots, all fully upgraded). Took out the 2 temples within the walls, then headed northeast (away from the migdol), took out all the enemy’s vills and TC, most of their houses and as many orange monuments as I could find (to stop the aforementioned hordes of avengers).
Worked an absolute treat, enemy still produced troops but far slower, with a lower pop cap, so my main army (which had been autoqueuing during the raid) could finally burst through.
Unless they severely buffed the AI recently, I call bullsh*t on your affirmation. When I did it on Titan, I snuck past orange and the Guardian single-handedly obliterated both orange and red together with no sweat.
I knew i had to take ss but alas it's too late. It wasn't recent. Basically what happened was i got my army across walls and used them as meat shield until sword bearers reached the guardian. For some reason a group of red army's forces took too long before reaching the city, resulting in guardian battling endless hordes of orange AI. By the time remainder of reds reached the city guardian had like 1/4th of health left.
Pure genius. XD
