Splash screen then CRASH

Can someone help me? I start the game, it shows the age of mythology retold splash screen with all the gods, then crash to desktop. Tried running as administrator, I have Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, 32 GB RAM, i7 3.50 GHz

I'm having the same thing happen to me. I played like 3 hours last night and when I went to quit the game it gave me an error, and now it keeps showing the splash screen of all the gods, the screen goes black, and then it crashes giving me an error. The error message I get it below.

"A D3D12 Error has occured and the game is forced to terminate. Verify your graphics drivers are up to date. HRESULT: 0X887A0005 The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action. Reason: HRESULT: 0"

My graphic drivers are up to date, just checked. I restarted the computer, uninstalled the game, reinstalled and it keeps getting the same error.

ERROR D3D12 - SOLUTION FOUND
Ask CHATGPT for help if it do not work. I did, and the game worked in my PC.

I use intel Iris. Follow the Steps bellow if you use the same, or adapt to your GPU grafics.

1. Atualize your Web DirectX End-User Runtime. You can atualize it in the link

2. Atualize your Intel Driver. Instal Interl ARC + Graphics Iris Xe - Windows. You can do It in the link bellow:

3. Uninstall and Instal Again Age of Mythology Retold.

4. Open the ArcControl that should be installed in your PC if you did the step 2.

5. With the app open, in the sidebar click in "Games" > "Add Games Manually" and then you add Age of Mythology Retold.

6. You can find the game in "This Computer" > "Files and Programs (X86)" > "Steam" > "Steamapps" > "commom" > "Age of Mythology Retold" > "AoMRT_s".

Thanks for the answer but still game is not loading. I reinstalled it and is still crashing to desktop.
