d3d12 error for intel graphics uhd 730, PC version on Steam

Does anyone know if a patch going to come to fix this D3D12 error?

Spent about 3 hours and did numerous suggestions per Utube videos.

Yes, graphic driver update and various other things tried.

I have two computers and both dont work. The other is and AMD 580 graphics card, above specs.

D3D12 Error

The game does not run in my PC, it says that there ir a problem with the graphics and that its necessary to update. I have updated and still not working. Any solution?

I had this issue with a GeForce GTX 1080 - what fixed it for me was going into "Device manager" and right click on my integrated Intel Graphics card and choose "Disable". I then did a restart of Windows and I could start the game just fine.

It's strange cause I never had that issue with any other game so far. My guess ist AOM Retold doesn't look for the "primary" graphics card, but for the "first listed" graphics card or something.

Buenas, me descargué el juego y no me permite jugar. Cuando lo inicio me salta el error D3D12 y me lo relaciona con la grafica, pero he mirado las necesidades del juego y las cumplo todas.

He seguido varios tutoriales de como solucionar el problema y no me ha servido de nada.

¿Por qué podrías ser?¿qué hago?

D3D12 Error

Hi everyone. I bought the game yesterday, and on my first attempt, I got the D3D12 error, which asked me to update my graphics driver. I did that and was able to run the game for about an hour. Today, when I tried to open it again, the same error appeared, but now there's nothing left for me to update.

Can anybody help me with this?

Graphic errors when starting the game

At first the game was working properly in my pc, now out of nowhere I keep getting the following message that wont allow me to play the game.

I check for updates in my drivers but there are none available. The weird thing is that it was working fine for few days. Please help

ERROR D3D12 - SOLUTION FOUND
Ask CHATGPT for help if it do not work. I did, and the game worked in my PC.

I use intel Iris. Follow the Steps bellow if you use the same, or adapt to your GPU grafics.

1. Atualize your Web DirectX End-User Runtime. You can atualize it in the link

2. Atualize your Intel Driver. Instal Interl ARC + Graphics Iris Xe - Windows. You can do It in the link bellow:

3. Uninstall and Instal Again Age of Mythology Retold.

4. Open the ArcControl that should be installed in your PC if you did the step 2.

5. With the app open, in the sidebar click in "Games" > "Add Games Manually" and then you add Age of Mythology Retold.

6. You can find the game in "This Computer" > "Files and Programs (X86)" > "Steam" > "Steamapps" > "commom" > "Age of Mythology Retold" > "AoMRT_s".

I've been having the same problem since the beta tests, I've tried everything to troubleshoot and reach out to support for advice and I got nothing so far. Basically need to wait for other people to report the same issue until its fixed.
