How do you Obtain a Titan

I just got through playing a mirror match against a Hades. At late game he got a giant Cerberus. How? I'm looking at the tech tree, and I don't see it. The thing had alot of hp. Is it through a wonder? what's the deal here? How do you get a titan unit?
