there's literally a warning that only mp games with the same mods enabled will show if you have any enabled

check if you have any enabled. if you do, disabled them.

if not, there is a problem

try restarting pc and steam first. don't go nuclear until you rule out smaller things

Hey so a buddy and I were playing tonight and we had this issue and it ended up being that he had to delete the folder in his documents folder under games associated with this game. Age of mythology we told. Basically we followed a thread online and it told us to delete that folder and then launch the game again. He had to redo his settings and turn off that terrible screen narrator but after that everything worked. Something got jacked up in that folder but deleting it and then launching the game again resolved it so he could see online games and join other people including me.

I'm typing this on my phone so forgive me for the formatting but it was in like c, users, your username, documents, games, age of mythology retold or something very similar to that. Maybe it was just c, users, your username, games, age of mythology retold

Literally as soon as he did that, he could find dozens upon dozens of games and it immediately let him join me

I wanted to post this back here to help people in case they run into the same problem

Let me know if you're able to get it and if you can't find it, I can help you locate the correct location of that folder and walk you through it if you need but I described it in the last post and it's pretty simple stuff so hopefully you can manage it but if you need more help let me know.

Having trouble finding the correct folder to delete. Any help?

Okay so it's going to be a little bit different depending on what operating system version you're on, but it should be c /users/your username/documents/games/age of mythology retold

Or

C/users/your username/games/age of mythology retold
