Egyptians - blue circle around monuments

When placing monuments there is big blue circle that I dont remember from original game. What does it mean? Does it bring any bonus?

All the Eggy Major Gods have a specific Monument aura now, just read their bonuses in the Tech Tree.

So each of the Egypt major gods have a bonus for their monuments now. Sets reduce the cost human units in their aura. Isis still block godpowers and Ras monuments when empowered in power nearby building the blue is the area of effect

oh great, thanks! is there somewhere comprehensive list of changes, perhaps in some condensed form? like Greeks gained/changed ABC, Egypt DEF etc.
